From a functional standpoint, it's been, pretty much bulletproof. I have never gone to a snapshot and not been able to do what I needed to do.

The fact that they are single-minded and focused on CDC and ETL makes this such a rich solution. Other solutions cover these things a little bit in their multi-function products, but they don't go as deep.
The features we use for the data deduplication are nice because we're able to back up a much larger amount of data, yet it doesn't necessarily take up that much data on the devices.

With SnapMirror, the solution is the feature itself that is most valuable. It just replicates the data. It's very difficult to speak about, in the sense that it's similar to the features of a wheel. It is round and it's a part of an automobile.
It is fully featured. It has allowed me to do everything I wanted to do.
It can replicate data from a distant location and it can scan it as well. It has continuous data replication with almost no data loss.
The solution is very stable. Once it's installed, many customers forget they even have it.
We've found the support to be very good overall.
The feature of taking snapshots from the replicated volumes has allowed us to use them for DR testing to validate the application consistent point of recovery.
