I like that it's stable.
Due to the infrastructure's size, the introduction they offer is very, very useful. It helps with an overall understanding of the product.
The real-time activity screens are also helpful... if there is something that is running slowly, we can eliminate the database as being an issue and perhaps look at the server, network activity, or something outside of the realm of the database as being the issue.
Because of the volume of the transactions, we heavily use a feature that allows SharePlex to replicate thousands of transactions. It's called PEP, Post Enhancement Performance, and that has helped us scale tremendously.
The most valuable feature is SQL Search.
It does the job.
Using this product has improved the way we maintain our models because they have a place where we can keep all of them, and they can be viewed using the web interface.
The Time Machine is the most valuable feature for us. Using it means that we don't have to take regular snapshots, yet we are still able to restore the database quickly in the event of a problem.
Memory and CPU utilization features are good.
We're able to diagnose issues prior to their actually becoming issues. Without the alerting, we wouldn't have a clue as to what was going to happen. With the alerting, it gives us a heads-up that a specific threshold has been met, and we need to take specific action.
