We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros
"The valuable features of this solution are ease of use, performance is great, and collaboration. It is very easy to share and joins documents.""The solution's technical support is very good.""Good search features, reliable storage, and quick thinking.""Being able to back up our data on Google Drive is a critical and valuable feature for our customers. It is just in sync. Imagine you change a file on the desktop, and it gets updated directly to your Google Drive. Our laptop is completely in sync with Google Drive. Google Meet, Google Sheets, and Google Docs are also amazing products. They're very versatile and easy to use as compared to Office 365. I am using Google Sheets and Google Docs, which first save the work on my memory or ROM, and then on my RAM. It gives me better productivity through Google Sheets and Google Docs.""It's more open than Microsoft and easy to use.""From a security point of view, Google will alert you if anything strange is happening. They will flag it for you so you are aware.""The implementation was very easy.""The solution is stable."

"Zimbra Collaboration is light to manage. It works on the Linux operating system, which is far better to manage than Microsoft Windows. Microsoft Exchange works only on the Windows server. We prefer working on the Linux server for security reasons and ease of management. Zimbra Collaboration also has some integrated tools for security. It some modules to fight malware. These modules are not very powerful but are still doing a great job. Microsoft Exchange doesn't have a basic module. You have to purchase a security solution and add it to the solution. The cost of Zimbra Collaboration is one more reason for liking it. It is also very simple to migrate from Zimbra Collaboration to another email solution.""A lot of other products like Microsoft Exchange offer email or collaboration features, but they are not as fast as Zimbra.""The web interface is powerful and easy to use.""The stability is good and keeps getting better with each new update.""Good email solution and it's open-source.""Zimbra Collaboration has integrated a lot of their party tools and they have good documentation available.""It has all collaboration features, such as document sharing, video conferencing, chatting, task sharing, and calendar sharing.""One of the most valuable features involves the solution's automatic backup, which I find to be pretty simple and straightforward, and obviates the need for additional software."

Cons
"I talked with G Suite recently because my G Suite has a temporary block. I communicated with the G Suite representative or Google representative, and he told me that I sent a lot of emails, so my email was temporarily blocked. But I know I have not sent more than 500 emails daily to reach the limit. I sent only 5,200 emails, but unfortunately, my G Suite account was temporarily blocked for 24 hours, and then he resolved it. I think they need to improve G Suite because this temporary block is not fair.""The solution could always be more secure, although that doesn't affect me so much.""The problem with the presentation is that if you upload a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and you convert it to Google presentation, the slides or pictures, their images are not editable. You can't edit the slides that you brought in. They're just images.""The synchronization is a bit of an issue.""We use Zoom most of the time for official meetings, and we use Google Meet only for internal meetings. I would like to get an improvised Google Meet. It would be good if they can make Google Meet more clear in communication and more scalable like Zoom.""Google Meet is a very good product, but it's not up to the mark if you compare it against other products like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.""Sometimes, I would like to be able to use the solution offline, and I can't do so. It would be ideal if there was some sort of offline mode available.""Less customizations than there used to be."

"I can confidently say that Zimbra is good enough for 2,000 client users. But, at the same time, if my client needs more than that and we have two options—Zimbra or Microsoft—I'm going with Microsoft because many admins will speak to Microsoft's ability to handle that many.""The solution could use more integration with third-party tools.""It would be great if a group chat feature were created to allow for a team environment.""Zimbra should provide a desktop client. Right now, we are using a web browser for accessing our emails. There should also be a desktop client.""There are some security issues.""Zimbra must improve its solution to make it easy so that the users don't have to use webmail to connect to their accounts and log in to webmail every time. This is something that is lacking in Zimbra Collaboration. They should provide a better way to easily connect email applications on the desktop to the Zimbra server. They should also try to have more functionality for storage management, like Microsoft Exchange. Currently, the management of the email data must be done manually in Zimbra Collaboration, which we are finding very difficult. They should provide a way to save emails so that you can have more space on the server and storage. Because of the lack of this functionality, we are planning to migrate to Microsoft Exchange. Microsoft Exchange provides a better way to manage storage than Zimbra Collaboration. You cannot have a mail solution without storage management because emails will always increase. Zimbra Collaboration also needs tools for management. More back-office tools are required to manage the whole mailbox and space. You don't only manage emails but also the documents attached to the emails. Therefore, you require tools to select and decide what do you want to save or how do you want to free up space in your infrastructure.""The solution could improve by making it easier to use.""The support was lacking in my experience. However, recently the support I received was good. Perhaps they have improved."

Pricing and Cost Advice
"We pay a monthly subscription for the use of this solution.""The pricing is very high, although I cannot tell if this is the result of the Indian vendors artificially inflating it.""We normally purchase the license on a yearly basis.""The main challenge regarding startups with identity services is you could be on a platform that works well but the services are expensive. For example, Microsoft Azure costs approximately $30 per user which is expensive. You end up choosing a different platform, such as G Suite Enterprise because it is priced reasonably and is less expensive than other solutions.""2,500 Rupees per month per user.""Licensing costs are on a yearly basis.""It's about $8.30 up a user per month.""Approximately $6 per user, per month."

"If you choose the network edition, it is a little pricier. They have the open-source edition too which is only community supported.""Zimbra Collaboration is less expensive than Microsoft Exchange. Zimbra works for small companies because it is not expensive. Zimbra Collaboration has more security tools than Microsoft Exchange. If you are choosing between Zimbra Collaboration and Microsoft Exchange, you have to take into account the cost of security tools with Microsoft Exchange. When you purchase Microsoft Exchange, you will also have to purchase tools for security, which adds to the cost. The migration from Zimbra Collaboration to another email solution is very simple and easy. Migration from Microsoft Exchange to another email solution is very difficult. Microsoft doesn't allow migration that easily. In fact, you have to pay for tools to do that. You have to buy some expensive tools to migrate.""When it comes to the licensing of Zimbra Collaboration, my license covers the servers and I find its terms to be much simpler than those of Microsoft Exchange.""We are using perpetual licenses. We have deployed it in our local data center, and we buy perpetual licenses on a per-user basis."
