"It has allowed for collaboration during the COVID-19 situation (work from home).""It's great for meeting conferences.""The communication part has been excellent so far.""Message and chat retention is a valuable feature.""The most valuable feature is the ability to collaborate.""The most valuable features are the messaging and the video calling, especially where you can add a background.""The most valuable feature for me is the chat.""Our company is moving from their Skype for Business to Teams. "The entire product is good."

More Symphony Pros »

"The solution should standardize the options across platforms. What I mean by that is, sometimes, on the mobile, there are not the same options and set up features and functions as are available on the web or on the desktop app. Everything should have the exact same functionality, otherwise, it's difficult if some people are on mobile and others are on desktop.""The biggest issue is web content.""The solution should fix the ease of use directly outside of the office environment. Right now, unless I'm at my office desktop, it's hard to access it.""With respect to security, there needs to be more work done. I was surprised, for example, yesterday, when my daughter was able to use my Microsoft Teams interface for her schoolwork. I was surprised that they could do that, because I believe it was only for my own personal use.""Microsoft Teams is quite demanding on bandwidth, which has been a problem during the COVID situation because we don't get enterprise-class bandwidth at home.""On rare occasions, it freezes and some people will lose sound or they could lose video.""The UI can be further improved upon. When I used to use Skype, Skype was a small window that opened on your desktop. With Teams, when you use it, it occupies your full screen just like if you were in Word or Excel. Skype worked more like an app, which I preferred. I liked being able to use it in a minimized screen. If Teams could emulate that a bit, it would be a better user experience.""The user interface is non-intuitive and should be improved."

"The area that needs to be improved is modular asset management. When we are uploading the assets in bulk, it is not aligned."

Pricing and Cost Advice
"If you have clients who do not have a computer and are joining with their phones it's an additional fee of $5.00 per user.""If you have content that requires more security and you want to use it in a more secure manner, with more protection, then it will come at a higher cost.""The pricing for Teams is very competitive."
