Which is better?
Although both are solutions to manage HR, their differences make each one suitable for different companies.
Oracle Cloud HCM is a platform for connecting all human resource processes in your organization, from hiring to retirement. You can apply it to local or global operations, and it helps manage your workforce and payroll. It works under a single connected cloud, integrating Human Capital Management across departments, including supply chain and finance.
One of the advantages of using Oracle Cloud is that it centralizes all our HR in a single solution. This saves time and costs and improves efficiency. The setup is very simple, and you don’t need a lot of training to manage the platform. While the central admin panel is great, the user interface could use some improvement.
The main downside, I would say, is the price. It has a high price tag for a small business. Also, it lacks enough customization options.
Oracle PeopleSoft HCM is a complete and customizable suite that includes workforce management, human capital management, and more. In a way, PeopleSoft HCM is a step above Oracle Cloud, and you can integrate it.
The vast number of functions and customization options make it a bit of an overkill for small- or medium-sized businesses. PeopleSoft can be a great solution for larger organizations because its features can handle complex business processes. You can leverage PeopleSoft for reporting, workforce administration, work lists reporting components, and recruiting tools.
The downsides of PeopleSoft include having a bit of an outdated UI, and we would also prefer if it had mobile alerts.
PeopleSoft is an enterprise-grade HCM solution, so it is better suited for large organizations or ones with complex human resources environments. Oracle Cloud HCM might be a better fit for medium and small organizations, despite the high price tag.

Could you tell me what PaaS is available for Gloat? Also, we will need integration with Oracle PeopleSoft 9.X.
Currently, we're using PeopleSoft HRMS and FSCM.
What ERP system would you recommend (the most common one) for a municipal government workforce of 6000?
